CUSTOMIZATION
At MPC we believe that every machine is different. For this reason, our engineering department together with the production department develop customised solutions for each project and customer, achieving a wide range of designs that join our know-how and increase MPC’s capacity for development.
We carry out conversions from pneumatic to hydraulic hoppers, supplying the corresponding hydraulic unit and improving the overall efficiency of the machine.
It is also possible to carry out studies for the implementation of complete mixing lines for relocation or new installation, as well as the transfer of machinery between plants and the complete design of metal bedplates for both internal mixers and mixing mills.
DEVELOPMENT
We develop individual parts such as rotors and drilled sides of internal mixers as well as complete components such as stock blenders, automatic cutting systems or motorized trays for mixing mills.
The solutions provided are always agreed on the basis of technical alignment with the customer and always in accordance with his needs and requirements.
All components are planned and designed by means of CAD software in order to carry out their manufacture following the quality standards assumed at MPC.
